1. On Right side find New Support Ticket, Click the same. Now a new page will open. You will find here three fields.
  2. In Requester: Fill your email id on which you wish to receive reply or Your request Status
  3. Subject: Write heading of your request i.e. Required Quotation, Repair product, Check warranty, Software update, Shipping Status etc.
  4. Description: Write more details here, i.e. In case of repair, Write problem in details, add image in case of networking problem, For Shipping Status send Invoice number with date and Dispatch address
  5. In attachment you can attach relative documents
  6. Check the I am not a robot and Submit
  7. Your all request will be assigned to relative expert.
  8. Our Account Manager is always monitoring, your request
